Mike, Lee, President

Michael Lee joined our company in 1987. Throughout his career here, Mike has been responsible for a number of operational roles, including; Service Division Manager, VP of Service and VP of Construction and Building Automation

​Mike was appointed President of N-Control Inc., in January 2009. He is responsible for combining the strength and resources of all N-Control Inc. divisions and leading a charge into all technology and energy management areas associated with HVAC.

Ariel Rodriguez, Vice President

As Vice President, Ariel excels in tailoring building automation systems to meet individualized requirements of each property. He leads the design process and lends his expertise to fellow engineers, ensuring a seamless installation and commissioning process.

Ariel maintains open communication with clients, consistently addressing their needs and delivering state-of-the-art building automation technology. This results in the implementation of energy efficient system which in return provide cost savings. He stays abreast of new industry advancements and any potential rebate incentives offered by utility companies. Above all, Ariel is committed to delivering exceptional service to every customer.
